This website is privately owned and operated by Jim Stephens, who has served in the United States Marine Corps, the Army National Guard, the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, and the U.S. Air Force Auxiliary (Civil Air Patrol). The site is maintained in support of the U.S. Army Auxiliary Activation Project.

One of the primary initiatives supported through this website is the U.S. Army Auxiliary Activation Project, a nationwide grassroots effort working to build public awareness and Congressional support for the creation of a civilian volunteer auxiliary to the United States Army.

Modeled after the Civil Air Patrol, which supports the U.S. Air Force, and the Coast Guard Auxiliary, which supports the U.S. Coast Guard, the proposed Army Auxiliary would provide a new avenue for citizens to serve their country through volunteer support in areas such as disaster response, communications, cyber defense, medical readiness, cadet mentorship, community preparedness, and other missions that strengthen national resilience.

At this time, the U.S. Army Auxiliary does not yet formally exist. The Activation Project is simply a grassroots initiative made up of patriotic Americans who believe there should be a structured way for citizens to volunteer in support of the Army and national preparedness.
