Returns / Exchanges
Thank you for your order! ServiceOutfitters.us stands behind its customers and products 100%. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from ServiceOutfitters.us, you may return an eligible item* hassle-free with proof of purchase within 30 days of product receipt. New, unworn, unwashed items with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of product receipt.
Product Returns:
Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return request. Include the following information:
- Order number
- Items and quantity being returned
- Reason for return
Please allow 24–48 hours for a response.
Once your return request is approved, return instructions and a return shipping address will be provided. Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned merchandise to prevent damage during shipping.
* All Closeout items and Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. All customized items such as products that have been hemmed, embroidered, screen printed, Direct-To_film (DTF) printed, or otherwise embellished are considered Final Sale unless defective. Products purchased from retailers, distributors, or third-party marketplaces other than ServiceOutfitters.us are not eligible for return through ServiceOutfitters.us.
Once we receive and process your qualifying return, ServiceOutfitters.us will issue a credit to your original payment method (less original shipping and handling charges, if applicable). Please allow up to 15 business days from receipt of returned items for refunds to post to your account.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
Looking to exchange an item?
- Return your original item following the return process above.
- Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued.
- Place a new order at your convenience for the replacement item.
If your product has a defect, arrived damaged, or you received an incorrect item, please contact ServiceOutfitters.us customer service through the contact information listed on our website as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
